After you purchase one of our products, the following product license applies:

1)  For every purchased item you get a unique personal product license key. The license key grants you, the purchaser, an ongoing, non-exclusive, worldwide license to make use of the digital item you have purchased.

2)Your personal license only applies to you as the buyer or account holder and cannot be transferred to another person or another Pixgrade member. The Presets can be activated and used on 2 different devices at the same time.

3) By buying one of our products, you get broad commercial rights, Allowing you to use the items on personal and commercial/business projects.

4) With your license, you are licensed to use the item to create as many end products for yourself or for your clients. You can sell your end productswhich are edited by using our products. Despite that, you may not give or sell the Pixgrade presetsto your customers, or other parties.

5) You are not allowed to re-sell, or re-distribute items on Pixgrade. You may not give or sell the presets to your customers, or other parties. Please note: it is not allowed to send the Lightroom settings within your products to your customers or other parties.

6) An end product is one of the following things, both requiring an application of skill and effort:

(a) For an item that is a preset, the end product is a customized implementation of the item. (For example: the item is a Pixgrade preset and the end product is the final photo you edited by using our preset).

(B) For an item that is a brush, the end product is a customized implementation of the item. (For example: the item is a Pixgrade brush and the end product is the final photo you edited by using the brush).

7) When we assume that a Prixgrade license is misused on purpose, Pixgrade can revoke the license and deactivate it remotely. For example: re-selling Pixgrade items or of your account(s), the re-distribution of Pixgrade items or activating and using the Pixgrade items on more than 2 devices at the same time is not allowed.
